Secure Document Exchange

Secure Document Exchange (SDX) is a service used to transmit documents between CU Business Group and our affiliate credit unions. SDX uses state-of-the-art security measures to assure that messages are delivered to whom they're intended and readable only by the intended recipient. These security features include:
  • Tamper Sealing - All messages and attachments are encrypted and tamper sealed inside a digital vault
  • Digital Rights Management - SDX supports "digital shredding" of secure messages and communications, and print and copy protection
  • Enforceable Integrity - SDX helps you ensure the integrity and verify the contect of each message.

SDX-transmitted documents are delivered instantly and at a substantial cost savings to the traditional way of sending documents—by overnight courier. SDX is a web-based service, so it requires no expensive hardware or software to install.
