We're in year three of our relationship with CUBG. They are thorough to say the least - the file write up and re-underwriting they do is unequaled. All numbers are re-spread for validity and they leave no stone un-turned. If something is unusual or lacking - it will be called out to your attention.

We have them review very complex commercial participation transactions from other lead lenders on our behalf. They can provide you with a turnkey commercial program or handle your requests as needed. In addition they are nice folks with a well oiled conduit that has matured nicely into a regular source of very high quality, low loan-to-value participation transactions – mostly made up of commercial loans.
